She was very rude to me and spoke o me with a HORRIBLE attitude . She gave me no good advice and said there was no rooms available at a hotel that I saw ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE. If I could give 0 stars I will! Never going back to this company . DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Wish I could give less than a star , my friend and I are going to Washington for a college event and whomever the lady was , she didn't want to do her job obviously. Why would you work there if you won't even help and you try to say things to get people to hang up . awful.
